1. Session Passes

Dorado Adventures offers prepaid session passes: the Adventure Pass (4 sessions, €52) and the Epic Pass (8 sessions, €80). Passes grant access to TTRPG sessions run online by the Dorado Adventures Game Master.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a scheduled session with at least 48 hours' notice before its start time. Sessions cancelled within this window will be returned to your pass balance.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will be counted as a used session, except in cases of documented emergency.

3. Refund Policy

Session passes are non-refundable once purchased. No partial refunds will be issued for unused sessions within an active pass.

If a session is cancelled by the Game Master and cannot be rescheduled, the session will be returned to your pass balance.

4. Pass Expiration

All session passes expire 12 months from the date of purchase. Any unused sessions after this period will be forfeited without refund.

5. Pass Transferability

Session passes are transferable. You may gift or transfer your remaining sessions to another player by contacting us at [email protected]. Transfers must be requested before the pass expiration date.

6. GM Cancellations

Dorado Adventures reserves the right to cancel a scheduled session with at least 72 hours' notice if the minimum player count (3 players) is not met. In such cases, affected sessions will be returned to all players' pass balances.

7. Code of Conduct

All players are expected to maintain a respectful and inclusive environment at the table. Dorado Adventures reserves the right to remove any player from a session or community without refund in cases of disruptive, abusive, or discriminatory behaviour.
